XS DXT2 Big Dot Night Sights offers the best front sight visibility in all lighting conditions. DXT2 Big Dot sights drive focus to the front sight using a high-contrast front and a V-notch rear for an unobstructed view of the front sight. DXT2 Big Dot front sights use a patent-pending glow dot that absorbs light and glows in low light levels before it’s dark enough to see the tritium. The dot-the-“i” sight picture prevents confusing the front and rear sights in high-stress situations. The wide field of view increases visibility of the front sight and of the threat downrange.
The XS DXT2 Night Sight Set is available in two tritium color options – orange and yellow. Tritium Orange offers better contrast against different backgrounds in natural light, while still being able to glow brighter than traditional tritium night sights. In other words, if you plan to use the DXT2 in a wide range or lighting conditions, Tritium Orange is an excellent choice. As far as the DXT2 Tritium Yellow is concerned, expect a much brighter glow due to more light being absorbed. This gives shooters the brightest night sights on the market. The DXT2 Tritium Yellow is best used in low light conditions giving a glow that quickly catches the eye.
