The KleenBore Handgun Multi-Kit (Cleans: .357/.38/9mm/.40/10mm/.45 Cal.) offers everything needed to ensure a thorough clean of nearly any handgun.   This compact and very handy kit includes a detachable machined aluminum swivel handle.  The handle also has an option for the rod to be stationary (non-rotating) on the opposite end of the handle for cleaning short barrel handguns and revolver cylinders.
